Hello readers....are you out there? This is Socks and this is my first post. I am very excited to share my life and adventures with you.
My first trip on this blog will be to NYC. I am going with a bunch of firemen during 9/11....it's hard to believe it will be ten years since that tragic day. We are hoping to visit the memoral site, see the new Freedom building, visit the new Ground Zero museum, and return to Rescue One (where my human Dad helped out while working "the pile" after the attack), just to name a few stops. Several of the firemen & wives have never been to NYC before (this will be my 4th trip), so I'm sure we'll be hitting the Big Apple highlights (top of Empire, trip out to Lady Liberty, etc.)
